MarketStar in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a leading global technology provider’s Education business across the EMEA region. This role concentrates on new business development, customer acquisition, and pipeline generation within schools, colleges, universities, and educational organisations.

The successful candidate will be a proactive sales professional with experience in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and managing opportunities

Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B sales or related roles.
• Outbound prospecting experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven client relationships and revenue focus.
• Experience meeting pipeline and revenue targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage education institutions across EMEA markets.
• Execute outbound campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and needs.
• Deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell within accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and progress opportunities.
• Meet activity, pipeline and revenue targets; update CRM accordingly.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and client teams.
• Share customer insights and market intelligence with internal teams.
• Participate in pipeline reviews and leadership discussions.
