Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
• Ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates through diverse channels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ATS software; Workday experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop recruitment strategies.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the entirety of the recruitment process from posting to offer acceptance.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to find and engage potential candidates.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Foster relationships with internal and client stakeholders to align job profiles and needs.
• Post requisitions timely and maintain data integrity in the ATS.
• Provide weekly recruiting updates to hiring managers and TA leadership.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for future roles.
