Job summary

Hostaway, a leading AI-powered vacation rental management platform, seeks an experienced EMEA Sales Manager to lead and scale a remote sales team.

This fully remote role requires UK-based candidates with French language proficiency, a track record in SaaS B2B, and a strategic approach to growing revenue across the EMEA region while collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales role with 2–3 years in a sales management or team lead position in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in vacation rental or hospitality tech is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead a remote, multilingual sales team.
• Fluency in English and French is required for this role.
• Strong data-driven forecasting and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote EMEA sales team of Account Executives.
• Set targets, KPIs, and conduct pipeline reviews.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the EMEA market.
• Own the sales pipeline from lead to close and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product for market feedback.
