Qualifications
- 15+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Experience in B2B software or SaaS across international markets.
- Proven track record shipping products at scale with strategic impact.
- Hands-on in AI/ML powered products and responsible AI considerations.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead product assessments across the EMEA investment lifecycle from due diligence to value creation and exit prep.
- Evaluate product strategy, roadmaps, GTM approaches, and defensibility across EMEA markets.
- Assess AI capabilities, data protection, user trust and regulatory considerations.
- Analyse product-market fit, segmentation, expansion, and localisation requirements.
- Review org structures, delivery capabilities, and readiness for growth across distributed teams.
- Conduct executive interviews and market research to inform investment decisions.
- Synthesize evidence into investment-grade deliverables for investment teams and leadership.
- Present complex product and market dynamics clearly to executives and committees.
- Advise product leaders on strategy, prioritisation, localisation, and development post-investment.
