Job summary

EPAM Systems in Ireland seeks an experienced Product Management Leader to shape the vision, strategy and execution of the AI portfolio. You will drive end-to-end product development, mentor a cross-functional team, and translate client needs into innovative AI solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in product management for AI or enterprise platforms, deep knowledge of GenAI tech, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platforms.
Practical working experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
Strong client consulting skills and ability to communicate AI value to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for EPAM’s AI portfolio.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering, data science, design and sales.
Identify customer needs and market trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
Monitor product performance, gather feedback and iterate for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Represent EPAM’s AI portfolio at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
