Lever, Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Project Lead Practitioner to guide senior client engagements across technology strategy, due diligence, transformation, cybersecurity, AI, and operations.

The role blends deep technical expertise with commercial insight, collaborating with investors and boards to translate findings into decisive actions, and mentoring teams to grow the practice. This senior, client-facing position focuses on delivering high-impact technology value creation for private equity

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology consulting or leadership experience.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear, decision-ready insights.
• Experience in technology due diligence, strategy, or transformation.
• Expertise in at least one area: product/engineering, cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, or operating models.
• Experience in industries like insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex client engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management teams.
• Lead due diligence and tech-focused engagements identifying risks and value drivers.
• Assess technology strategy, architecture, cloud platforms, data, AI, cybersecurity, and operating models.
• Translate technical findings into commercial implications for growth and investment value.
• Produce concise reports, executive presentations, and workshops linking analysis to decisions.
• Develop a recognised functional specialism while leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to commercial diligence and value-creation initiatives.
• Mentor colleagues and help grow the practice.
