Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead AI-driven platform initiatives in Ireland's Leinster region. The role focuses on delivering scalable enterprise platforms across AI, data, and UX, working with engineering, architecture, data, and business stakeholders.

You will own roadmaps, translate objectives into epics and features, drive releases, and champion reusable platform capabilities that enable multiple teams and products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related technical domains.
• Proven ability to define and deliver complex enterprise platforms across AI, data, and UX.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, architecture, data, UX, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and backlog for Platforms across AI, Data, Agentic, and UX enablement.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering across multiple teams.
• Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on value and feasibility.
• Lead roadmap planning, release planning, and backlog prioritization across teams.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to shape scalable platform capabilities.
• Provide leadership for AI, data platforms, API products, and cloud-native architectures.
