Job summary

EPAM Systems in Ireland seeks an experienced Product Management Leader to shape the vision, strategy and execution of the AI portfolio. You will drive end-to-end product development, mentor a cross-functional team, and translate client needs into innovative AI solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in product management for AI or enterprise platforms, deep knowledge of GenAI tech, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platforms.
• Practical working experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Strong client consulting skills and ability to communicate AI value to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for EPAM’s AI portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering, data science, design and sales.
• Identify customer needs and market trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback and iterate for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Represent EPAM’s AI portfolio at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design and sales teams
• Identify customer needs and market trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback and iterate to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
• Represent EPAM’s AI portfolio at industry events, conferences and client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of product management, in AI/data-driven solutions, or enterprise platforms
• Practical working experience of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in Financial Services or Healthcare/Life sciences strongly preferred
• Strong client consulting skills — you can communicate AI value to business and technical audiences
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, market trends and the competitive landscape
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus
