You will review engineering work, set standards, coach AI Tutors, and partner with Human Data and Engineering teams to translate model requirements into clear workflows.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, KPI-driven growth, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced AI data environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of professional engineering experience or a Master's degree.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Advanced degree or credentials preferred.
• Experience with data-quality metrics and guideline-driven workflows.
• Broad engineering breadth and ability to review technical work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects and review engineering-domain work.
• Lead and coach a team of AI Tutors, including full-time employees and contractors.
• Oversee labeling and review activities to maintain high standards.
• Ensure adherence to project guidelines, taxonomies, and QA processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Monitor performance with KPI dashboards and guidance metrics.
• Create and deliver training materials and certification benchmarks.
• Manage certification processes and workforce adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate to translate model requirements into labeling strategies.
