Sr. Manager, People Services (EMEA) will lead and evolve People Services delivery across the EMEA region, overseeing HR operational support for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, and the Netherlands, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high‑quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive People Operations or HR Service Delivery experience in a global organisation.
• Experience leading and scaling People Services across multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Services strategy, service delivery model and outcomes across EMEA, standardising processes and improving cross‑regional consistency.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing People Services team, fostering accountability and excellent employee experience.
• Serve as advisor to People Business Partners, COEs and business leaders, building cross‑functional partnerships.
• Drive regional service delivery excellence with performance metrics and capacity planning.
• Lead workforce planning, resource allocation and operational readiness to support business growth.
• Champion digital transformation, including ServiceNow HRSD and automation to improve experience and scale.
• Use data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Act as escalation point for complex employee and operational matters with risk and compliance focus.
• Oversee employment law compliance and governance across EMEA with Legal and COEs.
• Lead change management for growth and new technologies, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
• Foster a customer‑centric service culture focused on continuous improvement.
