Sr. Manager, People Services (EMEA) will lead and evolve People Services delivery across the EMEA region, overseeing HR operational support for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, and the Netherlands, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high‑quality

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive People Operations or HR Service Delivery experience in a global organisation.
Experience leading and scaling People Services across multiple EMEA countries.
Strong knowledge of EMEA employment practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Own the People Services strategy, service delivery model and outcomes across EMEA, standardising processes and improving cross‑regional consistency.
Lead and develop a high‑performing People Services team, fostering accountability and excellent employee experience.
Serve as advisor to People Business Partners, COEs and business leaders, building cross‑functional partnerships.
Drive regional service delivery excellence with performance metrics and capacity planning.
Lead workforce planning, resource allocation and operational readiness to support business growth.
Champion digital transformation, including ServiceNow HRSD and automation to improve experience and scale.
Use data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Act as escalation point for complex employee and operational matters with risk and compliance focus.
Oversee employment law compliance and governance across EMEA with Legal and COEs.
Lead change management for growth and new technologies, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
Foster a customer‑centric service culture focused on continuous improvement.
