Principle HR in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Operations Program Manager to join the International People Service Delivery team. The role focuses on leading end-to-end HR service delivery operations across EMEA, using data to drive improvements, with a hybrid work model and a 11-month contract.

The position requires 10+ years of programme/HR operations experience and is based in Dublin, Ireland with hybrid onsite work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience across programme management, operations, service delivery or HR operations.
• Experience leading complex operational programmes within a large multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of service management and service delivery models.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting to drive decisions.
• Experience in global technology or banking/compliance environments would be relevant.
• EMEA People Service Delivery / HR Operations experience is advantageous.

Location: Dublin, Ireland - Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Contract: 11-month contract, with potential extension
Salary: €120,000 pa

We're hiring a Senior Operations Program Manager to join the International People Service Delivery team of a leading global technology organisation.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and optimise end-to-end People/HR service delivery operations

• Lead complex programmes and change initiatives across international teams

• EMEA People Service Delivery / HR Operations experience is highly advantageous
