Job summary

You will build a scalable shared services model, drive automation, and collaborate with global COEs and stakeholders to improve the Toast employee experience. French language is a plus in a multinational setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s; or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience in a shared services function within a global matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience.
• Fluency in English; French preferred for cross-team support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline People Services (Shared Services) for the EMEA region across employee lifecycle, including operations, benefits, leave administration, and compensation.
• Serve as escalation point for complex EMEA cases with high accuracy and compliance.
• Track and report metrics and SLAs to measure service quality and inform decisions.
• Drive automation, standardization and scalability to improve the employee experience and efficiency.
• Partner with People, Legal, Finance, and Business teams to drive adoption of evolving service delivery models.
