Qualifications

• Must have worked in a busy customer service/order management department.
• Experience in a tech environment is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Windows OS.
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Knowledge of OCR tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from internal and external customers within SLA.
• Maintain data entry accuracy in the ERP system (EBS).
• Highlight trends affecting order processing and work with Customer Service to resolve.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate on updates.
• Demonstrate an agile approach to support the business.
