Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service or order management experience essential.
• Experience in a busy customer service/order management environment.
• Experience with data entry and meeting KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows operating systems.
• Familiar with Oracle and Salesforce systems; OCR knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from internal and external customers within SLA, ensuring data entry accuracy in EBS.
• Highlight trends impacting processing and work with Customer Service to resolve.
• Build knowledge of HID products; attend training as required.
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate on updates.
• Demonstrate an agile approach to support the business.
