Job summary

HID Global in Galway, Ireland, is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our Customer Service team. You will process orders from internal and external customers within SLA, build relationships, and contribute to continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires prior customer service or order management experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with Oracle/Salesforce; OCR tools and operating systems knowledge are a bonus. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Customer Service or Order management experience essential.
• Experience in a busy customer service/order management role is preferred.
• Experience in a tech environment is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Windows and other common OS.
