HID Global Secure Issuance in Galway, Ireland, is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to deliver exceptional customer experience. The role supports Sales, onboarding partners, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely quotes and orders.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, knowledge of Oracle/Salesforce, and strong English communication. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools is preferred.

Formación

• A minimum of 2 years’ Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Oracle, CRM systems and data analysis tools
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred

Responsabilidades

• Act as escalation point for complex customer issues and support Sales activities
• Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolutions of escalations
• Assist partners with onboarding, enablement, forms and first-order readiness
• Coordinate with Product, Operations and Finance to remove blockers
• Prepare and validate quotes, confirm configurations, pricing and lead times
• Coordinate quote-to-order process and provide status updates to improve CX
• Be a self-starter able to escalate to management when needed
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of Customer Service processes and work instructions
• Utilize internal CRM systems and data analysis tools
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
