Job summary

MongoDB Inc. in Dublin seeks an experienced IT Support/Systems Specialist to own regional end-user IT support across macOS, Windows, identity, and SaaS tooling. You will provide high-touch service in a hybrid Dublin office and contribute to proactive incident management.

You will manage hardware provisioning, onboarding, AV room operations, and live event support while collaborating with global teams. Strong automation and AI tooling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Support or Systems Specialist experience in a modern SaaS/tech enterprise environment.
• Experience administering Okta, JAMF, Meraki, Confluence, Jira, and Slack.
• Proactive, incident-driven support mindset with strong diagnostics across macOS and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Own regional end-user IT support queue for macOS, Windows, identity, mobile, and SaaS issues.
• Hardware provisioning, onboarding, deprovisioning, asset tracking for laptops and peripherals.
• Coordinate follow-the-sun handoffs (APAC → EMEA → AMERICAS) and on-call rotations.
• Maintain Dublin office AV rooms and support regional events (All Hands, town halls).
• Drive automation and AI tooling to reduce manual toil; update runbooks and self-service docs.
