Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Manager of Implementations for High Touch in EMEA. You will lead an EMEA team of Implementation Specialists, delivering high-quality onboarding for mid-market customers while collaborating with cross-functional partners to tailor regional deployments.

You will drive time-to-value, scalable processes, and enterprise-ready onboarding, balancing customer needs with Ashby’s strategic objectives in a remote-first, travel-light environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects.
• Experience leading and scaling remote teams.
• Strong customer‑centric approach with proactive engagement.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists aligned to High Touch/ mid-market customers.
• Oversee delivery of segment-aligned implementation experiences across regions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to plan and progress.
• Define scalable processes while preserving quality and regional considerations.
