Job summary

Flex is seeking a Global Account Manager EMEA to drive direct sales to targeted accounts across the EMEA region, reporting to the Global Account Director. Located in UK or Ireland, the role focuses on customer satisfaction and strategic account growth.

You’ll manage contract renewals, pricing changes, and multi-site coordination while building executive-level relationships and delivering insights to Flex management. Travel may be required and a strong sales track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
• Flex sales CRM – Sugar; ViewPoint.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with varied variables.

Responsibilities

• Direct sale of Flex’s services to targeted accounts in the EMEA region.
• Maintain executive-level relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Close commercial negotiations and manage client pricing changes.
• Manage contract renewals, changes and maintenance.
• Track KPIs and drive site efficiency programs and COP.
