Job summary

Flex seeks a Global Account Manager EMEA to lead direct sales of Flex services to targeted accounts across the EMEA region. The role reports to the Global Account Director and focuses on customer satisfaction, strategic growth, and providing insights for opportunity evaluation.

Based in the UK or Ireland, you will manage executive-level relationships, oversee contract renewals, and drive price negotiations while collaborating with multi-site teams to maximize COP and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
• Experience with Sugar and ViewPoint CRM systems.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Own GAM/Site handshake on FOL and monitor metrics like MOH, forecast accuracy, VAM%.
• Drive growth and maintain a Sugar Pipeline.
• Manage executive-level relationship and resolutions.
• Close all commercial negotiations and pricing changes.
• Track contract renewals and site-level changes.
• Improve cross-site communication and best practices.
