Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record delivering pipeline and revenue targets.
• Experience leading both outbound and inbound motions.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA & APJ SDR performance - meet regional targets.
• Translate global strategy into regional execution.
• Build a daily coaching culture with reps.
• Develop and retain talent with clear progression.
• Drive outbound and inbound execution with quality pipeline.
• Identify regional blockers and partner with Global Head.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns.
• Share regional learnings to influence overall SDR strategy.
