Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Enterprise Sales Director (EMEA) to lead regional sales efforts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and closing strategic deals for enterprise and government customers.

The candidate will drive revenue growth, coordinate with product, finance and legal teams, and travel roughly half of the time to customer sites and SpaceX locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in satellite/telecommunications for enterprise or government customers.
• Knowledge of Starlink’s network infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Meet revenue targets and consistently pursue opportunities for Starlink impact.
• Identify and secure new enterprise customers directly, building relationships with key decision makers.
• Lead government procurement efforts for education, healthcare, community Wi‑Fi, civil and defense opportunities.
• Propose alternative go-to-market strategies and defend them internally.
• Collaborate with market access, government affairs, finance and legal teams.
• Gather customer requirements and work with product engineering to iterate on and improve Starlink offerings.
• Represent Starlink at regional conferences and events.
