Job summary

SpaceX in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Manager, Starlink Customer Success (EMEA) to lead a team of Customer Success Managers, Leads, and Specialists across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction for existing enterprise reseller relationships.

You will navigate complex markets, align with Sales and Finance, and own the growth book while coaching the team and engaging key customers across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience managing enterprise customers.
• 6+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or another commercial role for a technical product.
• 3+ years owning and growing a book of existing customers with revenue responsibility.
• 2+ years of direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, Leads, and Specialists across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Grow revenue across an existing book of enterprise resellers in diverse markets.
• Identify opportunities to expand use of Starlink across hardware, service, data, and products.
• Build hardware and service forecasts accounting for country differences.
• Develop a view of opportunities and risks across the region and focus the team accordingly.
• Address billing, tax, payment, regulatory, capacity, logistics, and activation issues impacting revenue.
• Partner with Sales, Channel Sales, Finance, Tax, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Logistics.
• Align with regional Sales teams for consistent messaging across markets.
• Identify recurring issues across countries and create scalable solutions.
• Coach the team and balance hands-on and hands-off leadership.
