Okta is seeking an experienced EMEA Digital Media Manager to own regional digital acquisition and paid media strategy across UKI, France, Germany, the Netherlands and other growth markets. This is a manager-level individual contributor role with significant autonomy and regional ownership.

You will translate global marketing strategy into market-specific investment plans, optimize toward qualified demand and pipeline, and influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital media, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Experience across multiple European markets in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate global strategy into regional plans.
• Fluency in English; localization across EMEA is a plus.

• Own EMEA Digital Media Strategy: translate global priorities into market plans.
• Manage Regional Investment & Performance: adjust budgets by geography and channel.
• Lead Full-Funnel Digital Acquisition: build programs across paid channels and ABM motions.
• Drive Regional Performance Strategy: evaluate inquiry quality and revenue impact.
• Develop a Regional Point of View: surface trends and recommend changes.
• Lead AI & Workflow Innovation: scale AI and automation for localization and ops.
• Influence Cross-Functional Stakeholders: act as senior digital media partner.
• Advance Signal-Based Marketing: incorporate signals into targeting.
• Own Measurement & Optimization: improve conversion tracking and attribution.
• Lead Localization & Vendor Strategy: manage agencies while maintaining brand.
• Drive Experimentation: establish a regional test-and-learn roadmap.
