Job summary

Localization Unlocked is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Manager to own the regional operating model across Europe, including the UK and Ireland. In this Individual Contributor role, you will partner with sales leadership to translate GTM strategy into executable plans, ensuring forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and efficient operations through AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence: territory management, forecasting governance, pipeline reviews, and executive-ready reporting.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and deal execution.
• Coordinate with GTM Strategy & Programs, Finance, and Analytics to align regional and company-wide priorities.
• Lead end-to-end coverage design: segmentation, territory planning, quota allocation with cross-functional teams.
• Manage CRM QA and hygiene including SFDC hierarchy, pipeline quality, and forecast integrity.
