Job summary

Notion is seeking an exceptional marketing leader to drive growth across EMEA, owning the end-to-end regional narrative and demand engine. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across digital, content, and campaigns to convert regional narratives into measurable pipeline and revenue.

The role requires 12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, strong leadership, and a track record in multi-market programs. A hybrid setup with Notion’s teams in Ireland and beyond is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
• Proven people leadership and team-building experience.
• Narrative and content mastery with scalable tooling.
• Hands-on demand generation across paid, email, webinar, outbound.
• AI-enabled workflows and practical AI usage.
• Deep understanding of multiple markets across EMEA.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, demand, and campaigns.
• Own the EMEA messaging and campaign narrative with modular content assets.
• Oversee regional demand generation with repeatable programs connecting to pipeline.
• Launch and coordinate market campaigns and flagship regional initiatives.
• Partner with country marketing, sales, and product marketing to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Scale AI-driven workflows for research, drafting, localization, and asset iteration.
• Measure funnel performance and refine messaging and programs.
