Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Channel Account Manager based in Ireland to drive regional growth by developing strategic partnerships with resellers, SI partners, and enterprise customers. You will recruit and enable partners, map accounts, and execute joint business plans to accelerate revenue and market penetration.

The role requires deep channel sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market initiatives in the high-tech software sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel development or partner management within high-tech software.
• Proven track record growing revenue through reseller and partner ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise software, ideally cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote the channel partner program and its opportunities.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with partners with clear objectives.
• Lead account mapping and go-to-market programs linking partner capabilities to end-user accounts.
• Deliver sales training and coordinate certification initiatives to strengthen partner knowledge.
• Support partner in identifying new business opportunities and expanding solutions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on new business creation.
