Job summary

Keeper Security in Ireland is hiring a Manager of Customer Success Management (EMEA) to lead a high-performing CSM team focused on renewals, expansions and adoption of Keeper's cloud-based platform.

This hybrid role supports Cork-based and remote staff with travel up to 20%, and requires strong leadership, sales strategy, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive growth across the region. You will also mentor reps, monitor health metrics and ensure scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales with emphasis on upselling and expansion.
• 3+ years leading a sales or CS team and driving targets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Customer Success Managers focused on renewals, expansions and upsells.
• Drive revenue retention via a scalable renewal engine.
• Generate bookings from subscription expansion and add-ons.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to optimize processes.
• Monitor client health and ensure successful onboarding.
