Job summary

F5 Ireland seeks an experienced BDR Manager to lead and scale our Southern & Central Eastern Europe BDR team in a hybrid setup.

You will blend inbound lead qualification with strategic outbound prospecting, partner with Marketing to improve SLA adherence, and align with Sales leaders to build pipeline. The role requires 2+ years of BDR/SDR management in a B2B SaaS environment, proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach, and a proven coaching track record.

Qualifications

• In-depth BDR/SDR management experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Hybrid inbound/outbound prospecting experience and strong collaboration with Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale the BDR team across Europe with a hybrid model.
• Partner with Marketing to optimize inbound lead conversion and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Sales to design outbound cadences and ABM strategies.
• Monitor KPIs: pipeline, conversion rates, and meeting velocity.
• Manage and optimize sales tech stack usage (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator).
