Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager for EMEA to drive regional go-to-market acceleration. You’ll be the primary link between global partnership playbooks and local execution, helping Crusoe Cloud become the premier AI infrastructure choice across Europe and the Middle East.

In this role you’ll co-design global plays with US leadership while owning tactical success in hubs like London, Paris, Berlin and Tel-Aviv.

Qualifications

7+ years in partnership, ecosystem, or GTM roles.
Experience navigating partner ecosystems in Europe or the Middle East.
Proven ability to drive revenue through partner programs and channel initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Regional GTM execution: adapt global sell-with/sell-through playbooks for the EMEA market.
Startup ecosystem acceleration: build a high-velocity acquisition engine for AI-native companies in regional hubs.
Channel & SI orchestration: engage regional partners and system integrators to launch Crusoe Cloud solutions.
Strategic sales alignment: map partner portfolios into target accounts and execute joint GTM initiatives.
Global-local collaboration: provide local feedback to refine global frameworks and playbooks.
Capacity expansion: certify regional partners to expand market reach and reduce friction in sales/delivery.
Performance analytics: track ecosystem growth and revenue impact to align with scaling goals.
