This role requires a data‑driven, highly collaborative executive who can build executive relationships with key advertisers, lead cross‑functional launches, and represent OpenAI’s advertising offering externally

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, technology, or related commercial leadership roles
• 10+ years of experience leading high‑performing sales, account management, customer success, or revenue teams
• Experience building new products from the ground up
• Passionate about AI applied to marketing
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling businesses
• Experience managing distributed teams across EMEA
• Exceptional people leader
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Highly data‑driven with analytics proficiency
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments
• Passion for AI to shape transformative technologies responsibly

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop a team of Client Partners and Customer Success Managers
• Formulate strategies for regional expansion
• Own regional revenue goals and business performance
• Develop and execute the EMEA commercial strategy
• Partner with sales and customer success leaders for customer engagement
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key advertisers
• Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews
• Serve as the voice of the EMEA market to internal teams
• Collaborate cross‑functionally for product launches and market initiatives
• Establish scalable processes for growth
• Represent OpenAI’s advertising offering externally
