OpenAI is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to shape how businesses across EMEA understand, experience, and choose OpenAI. You’ll own end-to-end regional B2B programs and build them side by side with EMEA Consumer Marketing, so audience strategy, market priorities, and campaign sequencing work as one joined-up regional plan.

• Significant experience leading integrated B2B marketing or go-to-market programs across multiple EMEA markets.
• Ability to align priority audiences, markets, launches, channels, and measurement in a joined-up plan.
• Proven track record driving brand and commercial outcomes across awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA B2B integrated marketing strategy and quarterly plan.
• Translate global launches into locally relevant market moments.
• Partner with regional Sales, GTM leaders, and Marketing Operations on segmentation, budgets, and measurement.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive audience journeys and campaigns.
• Shape global campaigns for effective adaptation into EMEA and manage budget allocations.
