Job summary

Cast AI in Europe is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Embedded) to help hire across Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing. This contract-based, remote-first role partners with leaders to design hiring strategies, manages end-to-end recruitment across regions, and uses AI-powered sourcing to attract top talent.

You will influence processes, advocate inclusive hiring, and integrate with a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment in SaaS/tech.
• Recruitment across EMEA, AMER, APAC on international scale.
• Experience with AI-driven sourcing and modern practices.
• Hands-on with ATS (Greenhouse or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and inclusive hiring mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into recruiting strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages.
• Leverage sourcing techniques and AI-powered solutions across regions.
• Coach teams on interviewing and candidate experience.
• Help build scalable hiring processes and stay ahead of trends.
