Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering in Dublin, Ireland and Aveiro, Portugal. You will partner with hiring managers and People teams to build effective intake, sourcing strategies, and a high-touch candidate experience.

You will drive structured interviews, use data to inform decisions, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows while ensuring compliance with local norms for Ireland and Portugal.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Forecasting and meeting in-seat target dates.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive Product and Engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering roles in Dublin and Aveiro.
• Run calibrated intakes with hiring managers and set timelines.
• Build sourcing strategies for Irish and Portuguese markets; attract diverse talent.
• Lead structured interviews and calibrate decisions with stakeholders.
• Forecast, track progress to in-seat dates, and flag risks early.
• Use AI/automation to remove manual work from sourcing and reporting.
