Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a customer-centric CAO Elite regional advisor to onboard and support clients, driving value and sustaining relationships across time zones. You’ll manage proof of value demonstrations, client escalations, and engagements to ensure partners and clients maximize the CAO Elite service.

You’ll work with internal teams and strategic partners, handling renewal risks, metrics reviews, and proactive check-ins while applying security intelligence know-how to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer engagement role or consulting, ideally related to EDR.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a client-facing cybersecurity role.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building with customer and partner organizations and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work across different time zones.
• Knowledge of security operations, incident response, threat intelligence concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with new clients through onboarding and ensure successful operationalization.
• Liaise with internal and partner teams to maintain service integrity and satisfaction.
• Improve partnerships with at-risk customers and identify opportunities to increase satisfaction.
• Develop and manage customer metrics and reporting to identify health issues.
• Identify renewal risks and collaborate with teams to remediate and renew.
• Ensure customer success via proactive check-ins, surveys, and renewal meetings.
• Assess client usage to maximize ROI from Counter Adversary Elite.
