Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard and enable our enterprise customers with the Cyber Risk Posture Management platform. You will drive adoption, deliver success plans, and coordinate training to ensure customers realize value from day one and beyond.

You will build strong relationships, monitor health metrics, and translate complex risk requirements into tailored UpGuard solutions. This role is fully remote with global impact and opportunities for cross-functional

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in customer success and account management with enterprise customers.
Proven ability to drive customer success and align complex solutions at executive levels.
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and driving renewal growth.
Highly organized with the ability to document processes and update playbooks.
Excellent written/spoken English and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure they understand how to use the platform effectively.
Provide resources including success plans and training; organise regular check-ins.
Engage customers early and often to maximize day-one value and ongoing adoption.
Translate customer requirements into tailored UpGuard solutions aligned with risk management frameworks.
Monitor customer health and intervene with education when outcomes drop.
Advocate for customers; communicate insights and risks to Product, Sales, and Marketing.
