Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Customer Success Advisor for its Counter Adversary Operations Elite team. This remote role supports international clients across onboarding, renewal, and value realization.

You’ll partner with customers and internal teams to ensure platform adoption, monitor metrics, and address escalation with a client-centric mindset. Previous cybersecurity client experience is preferred and cross‑time‑zone collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer engagement or consulting role, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong relationship building with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable new CAO Elite customers through the onboarding lifecycle.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze customer metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support renewal discussions and demonstrate ROI of the service.
• Proactively check-ins, surveys, and feedback to improve adoption.
