Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to ensure the overall health and security posture of Falcon Complete customers. You will guide customers toward a secure experience, performing daily tasks to meet the mission of stopping breaches.

The role combines technical security, customer management, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and improve security outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Experience with threat detection and incident response is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and empathy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer environments and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture for Falcon Complete customers.
• Create and recommend remediation for CrowdStrike products to improve security posture.
• Contact customers when misalignment with Falcon Complete standards is identified.
• Document, update, and resolve customer-related issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide service reports and stats as requested.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support teams to troubleshoot and coordinate issue resolution.
