Job summary

Weltec Engineering Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial mechanical projects from inception to delivery in Ireland.

This leadership role will oversee site teams, coordinate with clients and design teams, and ensure the successful execution of mechanical works against scope, budget, and schedule. The candidate will manage project teams, liaise with stakeholders, and drive quality control while reporting progress and outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience leading projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and people management with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress compared to schedule and manpower levels.
• Overall responsibility for project team, labour control and coordination.
• Managing Quality Control set against approved benchmarks.

As we continue to grow and expand our client base, we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial and industrial mechanical projects.
