Weltec Engineering is a leading Engineering and Process Contractor seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a site-based role in Waterford. You will support day-to-day administration and operational tasks for the warehouse and project teams.

You will maintain records of materials, coordinate deliveries, stock control, and ensure documentation complies with safety and quality standards. A technical background and strong IT skills will help you thrive.

Formación

  • Previous experience in warehouse, stores, engineering, construction or technical environment would be advantageous.
  • Engineering qualification or trade background highly desirable, though candidates with strong relevant warehouse or administrative experience will be considered.
  • Good understanding of materials, tools and equipment used within an M&E, construction or industrial environment would be an advantage.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using ERP, inventory, procurement or materials management systems would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering, procurement and site teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the day-to-day administration and operation of the site warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, tools and consumables.
  • Process and track incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Coordinate material receipts, storage, allocation and issue to project teams.
  • Ensure delivery documentation, goods received notes and associated records are accurately maintained.
  • Liaise with procurement, logistics, engineering, supervisors and site teams regarding material requirements and availability.
  • Assist with stock control, stock counts and inventory reporting.
  • Track materials and equipment to ensure they are available in line with project requirements.
  • Maintain organised electronic and physical warehouse records and documentation.
  • Assist with identifying shortages, discrepancies or damaged materials and elevate as required.
  • Support the implementation of warehouse procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with site health, safety and quality requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and project teams as required.

Role / Requirements:

Weltec Engineering is a well-established provider of Mechanical and Electrical engineering services, delivering complex, high-quality solutions across Europe. We support major clients in the Semiconductor, Pharma/Biopharma, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors and are committed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and engineering excellence.

This is a site-based role in Waterford, within a busy environment, providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the warehouse and wider project team. The role would particularly suit an engineering graduate, qualified tradesperson, or someone with a technical background who is organised, comfortable working with systems and documentation, and interested in developing their career within the M&E engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
