Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking an Electrical Lead for our Life Science team in Brinny, Cork. You will oversee the delivery of diverse electrical systems across large pharmaceutical projects, reporting to the Project Director and coordinating with MEP Leads and Engineering Management to meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will provide technical leadership, drive collaboration across engineering, construction and client teams, and ensure successful project execution from design

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading electrical delivery on Tier 1 construction or engineering projects.
• Relevant health and safety training (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of all electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, fire alarms and life safety systems.
• Ensure all electrical works meet programme, cost and quality objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for electrical execution, resource allocation and planning.
