Job summary
Sisk Group is seeking an Electrical Lead to join our Life Science team in Brinny, Cork. The role provides technical and managerial leadership for electrical systems on large-scale pharmaceutical projects, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance through design, installation, testing and commissioning.
The Electrical Lead collaborates with MEP and client teams to meet programme, budget and regulatory requirements, while guiding engineers, subcontractors and vendors to drive successful
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services or equivalent.
- Experience leading electrical delivery on large-scale construction projects.
- Awareness of health and safety training (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS).
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, fire alarms and life safety systems.
- Ensure electrical works meet programme, cost and quality objectives.
- Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors for effective delivery.
- Develop strategies for electrical execution, resource allocation and planning.
- Review electrical design documents, submittals and material selections.
- Oversee FATs, SATs, commissioning and IST for electrical scope.
