Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an Electrical Lead to join its Life Science team in Limerick, Ireland. The role drives delivery of LV/MV electrical systems, power protection, lighting and life safety, with strong leadership of engineers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have experience on large pharmaceutical construction projects, and will ensure design, installation, testing and commissioning meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems including LV/MV distribution and life safety.
• Proven leadership experience on large-scale pharmaceutical construction or engineering projects.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills for complex workloads.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements for electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of all electrical systems, including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting and life safety.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors for effective delivery.
• Review electrical design documents, submittals and material selections for compliance.
• Coordinate with mechanical, process and BMS teams to ensure project integration.
• Drive health, safety and environmental compliance across electrical works.
