Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking an Electrical Lead to drive delivery of electrical systems on life sciences and technology projects from our Dublin office, with travel to Europe sites. You will lead the electrical team, provide technical guidance, review designs, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting and life-safety systems.

The role requires strong leadership, experience on Tier 1 projects, and collaboration with engineering,

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Proven experience leading electrical delivery on Tier 1 construction or engineering projects
Relevant health and safety training (Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, fire alarms and life safety systems
Review and approve electrical design documents, technical submittals and material selections
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and regulations (IEC, BS, IEEE, NFPA)
Drive health, safety and environmental compliance across all electrical works
Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, process, instrumentation and BMS teams to ensure project integration
