Job summary

John Sisk & Son in Dublin is seeking an Electrical Lead to drive delivery of electrical systems on life sciences and technology projects, with responsibility for LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, fire alarms and life safety.

You will provide technical and managerial leadership, ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with mechanical, process, instrumentation and BMS teams across Europe sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading electrical delivery on Tier 1 construction or engineering projects.
• Relevant health and safety training (Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent).
• Desirable Chartered Engineer status or working towards professional membership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, life safety systems.
• Review and approve electrical design documents and material selections.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/BS/IEEE/NFPA and project specifications.
• Oversee FATs, SATs, commissioning and IST for electrical scope.
• Coordinate with mechanical, process, instrumentation and BMS teams for integration.
• Report progress, risks, and opportunities to project leadership.
