Job summary

Sisk seeks an Electrical Lead to join the Life Science team in Limerick, overseeing electrical systems for large-scale pharmaceutical projects. The role reports to the Project Director and collaborates with the MEP Lead and engineering management to drive delivery, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include leading the electrical team, ensuring programme alignment, and providing technical guidance across engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience leading electrical delivery on Tier 1 construction or engineering projects.
• Relevant health and safety training (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting and life safety systems.
• Ensure all electrical works meet programme, cost and quality objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for electrical execution, resource allocation and planning.
