Job summary

Global Lead Electrical Engineer role with QCS Staffing focused on data centre power architectures and high-profile projects. This remote position allows working from Ireland on a permanent contract while leading cross-regional engineering teams and defining technical direction.

You will engage clients, guide pre-construction concepts, and drive standardisation across global projects, bringing senior stakeholder influence and deep expertise in 400kV, MV/LV, UPS, and protection systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive data centre electrical engineering experience within hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical environments.
• Expert knowledge of power systems including 400kV infrastructure, substations, MV/LV distribution, UPS, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Strong background in pre-construction, concept engineering, technical bids, and feasibility studies.
• Proven ability to engage with clients and senior stakeholders while providing technical leadership across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
