Job summary

HSI is hiring an Implementation professional to own the full onboarding journey for the Donesafe platform in an Ireland-based role. You will be the single technical resource, delivering the implementation while building strong client relationships and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.

You’ll manage discovery, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live activities within a SaaS environment, collaborating with Product or APAC teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end SaaS implementations.
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, and automations.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quality and deadlines.
• Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in IT/Business/EHS.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding sessions and set clear expectations.
• Run discovery workshops to define customer requirements.
• Own end-to-end delivery and manage project plan in Rocketlane.
• Configure and document HSIDonesafe workflows and automations.
• Assist data migration and ensure smooth integration.
• Deliver client training and create user-focused documentation.
• Test configurations and coordinate go-live activities.
• Proactively manage risks and keep projects on track.
• Close projects with a smooth handover to Support.
• Collaborate with Product or APAC teams on complex projects.
