Qualifications

• 3+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS deployment experience.
• 3+ years leading large-scale global SaaS implementation projects.
• Ability to own projects, manage priorities and timelines.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for global customers and drive successful deployment.
• Direct governance, planning and stakeholder reporting at steer-co meetings.
• Translate business requirements into feasible product setups.
• Build onboarding materials and refine best practices.
• Transition accounts from implementation to long-term adoption.
