Job summary

Jones Engineering seeks a Lead Advisor to drive safety, health and environmental (EHS) programs on a live healthcare site in Ireland. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with Regulations and company policies while delivering safe, reliable operations onsite.

You will report to EHS leadership, develop and maintain the Safety and Contractors Management Systems, deliver toolbox talks, investigations and KPI reporting, and champion a culture of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related subject
• Strong construction background with EHS
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong decision-making and executive communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance.
• Report to EHS management.
• Lead safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement in a live healthcare environment.
• Manage Safety Management System and Contractors Management System.
• Coordinate audits, training, and incident investigations.
• Provide expert EHS guidance to management and staff.
• Oversee emergency response drills and regulatory liaison activities.
